[Bf-python] Status of NetRender

Hi,

I've been doing a bit of digging around NetRender and it appears that
Theeth (quoted as the maintainer) is less than active at this time.

I'm wondering the status of NetRender and if there are any current plans
for it's further development as I'm working on some improvements (UI for
the time being until I become familiar with the code)and I'd like to
coordinate my efforts with the wider team.

The original author of netrender is no longer active (Martin Poirier),

Since then its had very little development and I have the impression
its not used much (though we don't have reliable stats).

If you make some improvements, let us know though.
